HUDDLE LEGAL

Terms of Service

Last updated 17 August 2026

Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Huddle app. By creating a household or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Huddle.

Using Huddle

Huddle is a shared organiser for your household — calendars, lists, meal plans, finances, reminders and an AI assistant. You’re responsible for the accounts and content in your household and for keeping your device secure. An adult should set up and manage the household.

Your content

You own the content you add: events, tasks, lists, expenses, receipts, messages and profiles. You give us permission to store and process it so we can provide the app to you and the members of your household. You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to share any content you add.

Acceptable use

Use Huddle only for lawful, personal family organisation. Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or access data that isn’t yours. Don’t upload harmful, illegal or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI assistant & receipt scanning

AI features generate suggestions and read details from receipts to help you. They can occasionally be inaccurate, so please review important results such as expense amounts, dates and event times before relying on them. You are responsible for verifying anything you act upon.

Huddle Premium & subscriptions

Some features require Huddle Premium, an auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Prices are shown before you purchase. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings; the subscription renews until cancelled.

Payments & refunds

Payments are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Refund requests are subject to the applicable app store’s refund policy. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period unless the store grants it.

Availability

We work hard to keep Huddle running smoothly, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable, change, or have features added or removed. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huddle is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed appointments, payments or reminders. Huddle is a helper for your family’s organisation, not a substitute for your own judgement.

Termination

You can stop using Huddle at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or where required by law. Some provisions, such as content permissions and liability, survive termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
